This innovative, health care-integrated housing model offers 36 rental units for low income elders who will optimally receive their healthcare services through the Mercy LIFE (PACE) program (a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) on the same campus. The Hillside Residence model is planned to demonstrate the value of low-income that helps elders remain independent, healthy, engaged, and enjoy a quality of life not feasible if they were to live in nursing homes. 

 

CCI provided design services for the entire building. It was our goal to provide selections that would stay within budget constraints. The interior design elements provide the essential elements of home, familiarity and comfort. The result is a beautiful personalized home for the residence.
