Elim Park offers seven independent living neighborhoods within their community. Riverbend is their newest community. Since CCI provided design services for each of their neighborhoods we were able to introduce new design ideas and concepts and seamlessly blend in with their existing campus.

 

Riverbend offers five apartment floor plans. CCI provided a palette of finishes and cabinet styles and assisted the incoming residence with personalized selections.

 

It was our goal to provide selections that would stay within budget constrains, mix and match no matter what the choice was and ensure that the result was a timeless beautiful personalized home for the residence.

 

Each resident floor was unique and all the community spaces were designed for comfort and gathering.
