Duncaster is a Life Care Retirement Community Located in Bloomfield, CT

 

Project: Renovation of the Resident Café

CCI services included Design Concept, Specifications for finishes, furnishings, art and accessories as well as the purchase and installation of items specified.

​

Design objective: To provide a comfortable space for socializing and sharing a drink with friends before dinner. This space is located between the main dining room and pool facilities.

​

This is a very bright space so we choose saturated colors. The bar front is custom faux painted to mimic the custom LVT floor pattern and colors. All the walls are also custom faux painted with a whimsical flair. A bank of locked personal storage units is located next to the bar area for residents convenience. All of the furniture is upholstered in crypton for ease of maintenance.
